Upland, at Vor den Weiden 3, 34508 Willingen, is beside the Wilddieb and Dorfwiese practice lifts. For beginner lessons, this location may matter more than proximity to the main cable car. Ask your ski school for the exact meeting point before choosing collection. The two shops should not be treated as interchangeable simply because both are in Willingen.

Upland lists complete adult packages of skis, boots and poles at €25–30 per day. Child packages start at €15 per day. For children taking lessons at Wilddieb or Dorfwiese, nearby boot fitting reduces additional journeys before class. Still allow a generous buffer: reserved equipment must also fit correctly and have bindings adjusted. The starting price of €15 is not a guaranteed final price for every child; ask about age limits, ski length and helmet hire. If using Upland’s storage, take boots away each evening and plan space for them in your accommodation or vehicle. More experienced family members starting at Ettelsberg may prefer another shop; agree where everyone will meet after collection.

Willingen can be approached on the B251. Willingen railway station is the arrival point for rail connections; plan the onward journey to the selected shop using current timetables or a suitable transfer. Upland mentions parking directly outside its premises, which does not guarantee an available or permanently free space. Those starting at the Ettelsberg cable car should navigate to that access instead. Check local parking conditions and leave time to return equipment to the agreed business.
